There is Live Chat, when you need help, it is just there!!! I mean the most important problem of gaming sites is when you have a question you cannot find anybody to get support but live chat, LIVE CHAT IS THE BEST! That young lady was really helpful when I had a problem with withdrawal because I didn't understand how it worked. Then I won again and easily withdrew!
