For my sister's birthday I bought a lovely flame work hand blown glass pendant from a lovely seller from Greece,in Etsy.I asked almost all questions and she was very kind to answer.Etsy customer support said me that it d arrive by freeshipping in 4 days to Italy and it came in 2 days.Can't be better.I give 5 stars to Etsy sellers and Etsy customer service.
