Travelstart Kenya customer service does not listen enough or they ignore

All was fine except Travelstart flight booking. I have asked many times and underlined that I wanted to fly Business. But we were in economy class for 7 hours. Hotel was ok but flight was disturbing for me and for my wife who has been suffering from back pain in long flights.
