Travelocity customer support is the worst I have ever seen! Thye dont bother themselves for anything! Never again!

Booked tickets last year, told by them their supplier could not provide tickets days before we were due to fly. Promised a refund within a few days and almost a year later still nothing

It is the 5 th time that I use Expedia car rental service and I am pretty happy with it. Also checked the prices and they are more than fair.
I have never had a problem for 4 years. But I am a smart traveler who makes a great amount of research before booking. Anyways, last time my Hotels.com booking was cancelled with no reason or warning. I couldnt figure out why. I wrote customer service and waiting for an answer.
