Telemart shipping tracker is a lie

I am becoming furious when I am treated like an idiot! I purchased a pair of JBL true wireless air buds from Telemart online shopping. I was so happy that I finally found them in a good price. But I had to wait to take them for 3 weeks! Yup! it is 3 cities away but Telemart shipping did not bring it to me all those times.
