my Supabets acc is closed

My Supabets account is dead. I had more than 80 Dollars inside and now I am taking a notification saying account was blocked. I tried to communicate with Supabets customer service and informed them about my Supabets login doesn't work. They told me all was fine and there was no reason not to be able to get inside. Like I am lying!!! They were not helpful, nice or solution-oriented. What I need to do now? Do they have this right? I am furious!
