Not professional

I have joined Spreadex a while ago, at first glance the website was good. I was a regular visitor, everything was okay. After a while, my access was restricted. I spoke with a customer representative and the explanation she gave me was -you're not gonna believe this- ID verification problems and whatnot. I am a member for a couple of months and the moment I started to win, they decided to verify my ID, which I had done when I registered btw. I am still waiting for a solution, if we reach an agreement I'll update my review but for now, it is 2 STARS.
