acc closed without notice

was a smarkets sportsbook customer for a long time now and following my order to withdraw €225 last week i got only €200 and got my account closed without any explanation. i was banned from customer chat too so there is practically no way of contacting them about what just had happened. guess they don't care writing off individuals.
