Payfast payments are simple but pricey

Payfast is a successful payment company with multiple extra features like event tickets and donations. You can even create an e-commerce site account and direct your website's payments to your Payfast account. I am an online shopping site owner and I am very glad for this service. However, unfortunately, Payfast service fees are very high. For card transfers 3.5% plus R 2.00 is very ridiculous ! I do not say it is not good company but I do not think many users can afford it. They need to reduce their fees. I believe they can gather more customers in this way.
