Please check out the reviews on trustpilot and askgamblers before giving Novibet your money. They have a habit of deactivating people’s accounts, under the guise of ‘investigations’. They never provide a timescale for these closures, or a reason why, and customers are going for months on end without being able to access their funds and/or winnings. Customer ‘support’ provide nothing but ‘please be patient!’, along with other equally frustrating, scripted responses. Don’t go near them. Customer service is non existent, and I, along with many others, hold little hope of ever seeing our money again.
