who decides for Netflix movies?

I have Netflix Premium for a year.Sometimes they upload very nice new movies,but mostly they have huge archieve of old movies.I wrote to Netflix support mail for Matrix movies and they didn't answer back for a month.Instead of Twilight movies,I assume Matrix is a better option.Right?
