needs amends on customer service

Netbet' s customer support is very difficult and complicated.Took 13 minutes to talk to me. Polite stuff but they are not focused on solving problems.They need amends. As a betting addict for years,I care 2 things on a betting site. 1- Helpful customer services 2- Easy and fast cashouts ( To be honest, Netbet has very fast cashouts )
