The worst customer service in Greece

I ordered some items for my office on 16/11/2021 and payed in advance, as I had confidence in the brand name. I waited and waited and after a few days it was me who called them. They claimed one of the items was not available at the moment, and had to find the product. I was willing to pay for another similar product, but they claimed this was difficult to be done, because of their accounting dapartment. As I waited for another 5-6 days, I was given no choice, cancelled the order and asked them to give me my money back, but still I have not received anything. They claim it is a matter of their accounting department! Also, so far, I payed, and never received a receipt, for my money. Even far smaller shops in Greece, have an instant policy to refund money, especially, when they do not deliver in time, or not deliver at all- as in my case. I was informed that it would take more than a week,to give me my money back, as if I am supposed to be punished, for their lack of efficiency. I ordered and payed on 16/11/2021 and did neither receive the ordered products nor my money back till now nov. 27/11/2021
