Hotels can be different than photos

A friend of mine sent Makemytrip travel to organise my Madrid vacation. I arranged accommodation, flight tickets and car rental. I was extra cautious about the Makemytrip hotel rating. I selected a really good one. Flight and car rental was not bad at all but Makemytrip hotel in Madrid was nothing like on the photographs and there was a mouldy smell. I complained and they apologized. But they did not do a refund. Be careful with accommodation options in this company
