Lazada shipping delay and shipping problem

Dunno know what happened! I am a Lazada user for decades. This is the only time that I am facing a problem with my Lazada order after many years. They have ''track my order'' service for those who like shipping tracking. Anyway, I enter the order tracking number as I always do and it said me the number is incorrect. Now I can not track my Lazada shipping and I have no idea when is the delivery date! It is horrible
