They do not send me my reservation code

I have been waiting and waiting, but Klook reservation code never comes. I am thinking to call Klook Customer service tomorrow but I paniced. It was always here as soon as I confirm my hotel booking but something is wrong this time. Anyone else is experiencing the same issue?
