forget about FreeBitco support

FreeBitco customer support is a nightmare! Tried to contact them several times for FreeBitco trading fees. (I had thought they charged me extra for the network fee and I was wrong) NO MATTER if I am right or wrong. They did not answer me even. You put your money here and all they must do is to be responsive! I think I deserve better treatment as a old customer in FreeBitco exchange.
