Flipkart customer support is not responsive

Flipkart online shopping site is reliable. Bought a HP Pavilion. They sent me one and the packaging was seamless. But when I opened it , I realized some pixels are dead. So I wanted to give back. Why to keep such an item? They offered me to send another instead. I asked for a Flipkart refund. They did not answer me instantly and I have waited 4 days to learn if I will be refunded. This is rude. There is no such a customer service!!!
