SCAMMERS BEWARE

These have taken over £2000 from my bank account as my younger brother of 15 years old who suffers with mental health issues was conned into depositing even though he is not old enough! I have tried resolving with them but nothing! When I call the number they provided me with which is a Manchester based number which they have now disconnected! Has anyone managed to get their money back because the bank won't reimburse me because they say the transactions where authorised ?!
