Steer clear of this one.

After a ticket went months without being answered, I decided to stop my yearly subscription. I did this on their site, but much to my surprise I received a charge from Paypal for my yearly subscription. Quite puzzled, I sent a few emails that were met with some apologies but with no solutions with regard to issuing me a refund. It's clear this is one of the worst hosting providers around and you would do well to spend a little more somewhere else where your critical technical issues might get solved in a timely fasion.
