Poor support

Booked a trip through Booking.com and because of corona I needed to cancel it like every other person planning to travel. I couldn't find the confirmation email, spent several days trying to reach a human voice through telephone and only received an automated recording telling me to put in my confirmation and PIN number which was the reason for my phone call. Finally I reached the hotel we booked and they were able to cancel our reservation.
