Betus Customer Support is nothing but pain

For 2 weeks they did not process my withdrawal. I talked to Betus online help and asked what was wrong. They answered me my account was not verified. I passed all the verification process for the SECOND TIME! I completed all and I talked to Betus Live Chat which always begs to talk to you once you enter to the site. Guess what! They haven't answered none of my messages and they didn't turn my emails! I have never see such an unserious and horrible customer support system in my life! Beware of this online sportsbook!
