best buy office chairs creaky as hell

snapped a good deal - at least that's what we thought - as 3 colleagues from work for office chairs at best buy. Delivery was okay and assembly not a big deal but soon as I sat down I noticed creaking with like every movement. Grabbed my tools and tightened whatever screw I could to no avail. Started complaining to my buddies only to find out that theirs were squeaking like a dozen furious squirrels. Quite fishy products we've been sold like suckers.
