apple support sucks big time

so my iphone 6 decided to give in after 6 months of purchase. I send the gadget in to learn that they had to change whole case since it had a little dent on it. no word from the repair in a month so they decide to get me an iphone 7 and guess what it's been 2 months since that was promised. wouldn't believe if I read what I've just typed by somebody else. Switched to a Huawei, bring'em chinese overlords, these guys deserve it.
