AltCoinTrader fees are not stable

AltCoinTrader exchange is one of the worst crypto exchanges I have traded in. They show another fees but they charge another amount. AltCoinTrader customer support will tell you that AltCoinTrader trading fees may change according to this, according to that. But all lies. They change their withdrawal fees and transaction fees in the way they like and they do not inform the clients even.
