I am very impressed!

Lemon pearls and the brownies are extremely tasty! I’m excited to try other flavours too!! The mint bombs seem amazing!

Asda insurances are complicated

Car insurance of Asda is fraud! I have used their car insurance service and I know what I have signed for. Someone damaged my car. Not on traffic but parked in front of my house. I contacted to Asda Customer support to inform them and I took an answer that they will pay just 40% of the total repair money. I have asked for a full coverage. Now they do not want to pay all! I warn you that you can be the next! Beware of this service, use the normal grocery service. It is totally finest.

Pick n Pay customer service non-existent

Why does every successful online shopping site spoil in the end? I was so happy with Pick n Pay shopping until they ruined my anniversary gift. I have purchased a Dyson vacuum cleaner for my wife one week before our day. Normally all my orders had arrived in 3 days. This time I had to contact Pick n Pay help and asked what was wrong. Customer service told me it was out of stock. If I have not called them, I would never know.

Dunnes Stores payments are easy

Dunnes Stores payment options are multiple. That's what I like most about them. I can use my PayPal and this is my most preferred methods. Also they have a scheme, something like a loyalty club, ValueClub. It gives you extra points when you purchase an item and then you can use these points in your next shopping. I earned a pair of totally free flipflops just with my points. Not bad at all

Scam or pure negligence?

Besides the worst Customer Service ever, this company overcharges most of the wines and uses coupons as fishing bait to allure customer and divert our attention away from their high prices. What makes this seller awful it's the negligence, discrimination and mistreatment you get from most of the customer service agents. It feels like they are trained to treat you like worthless consumer. After I complained about issues with my others during their "fictitious" system upgrade, they decided to block my account without notice or any explanation why. Some of my orders were charged in full, but delivered with missing wines. My credit card was charged three times for "orders" that were never delivered. The issues were never clarified or resolved, forcing me to open disputes with my credit card. I have opened a new account after that and once they found out, the new account was also blocked from the blue. At the end of three months of complaints, no responses and 5 blocked accounts, I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau (BBB). So, BBB contacted wine.com twice and no response was sent. BBB then advised me to write as letter to the Attorney general, which I am working on right now. Wine.com must improve its customer service practice and policy if they want to stay in the Market.
