I understand why big brands are becoming BIG. I had a new pair of 90s line Adidas sneakers. They were brand new but the right one has lost its color after washing. I was so upset and called Adidas.co.uk customer line. They were very helpful and they gave me a new pair. Thank you!

I understand why big brands are becoming BIG. I had a new pair of 90s line Adidas sneakers. They were brand new but the right one has lost its color after washing. I was so upset and called Adidas.co.uk customer line. They were very helpful and they gave me a new pair. Thank you!
Enough said. They are useless. Where are my golf balls.
Taken directly from the website: "All orders are being taken and processed as normal including printed rugby balls & customised clothing." I have never dealt with a 'business' with such poor communication. I placed an order for tour shirts in early March. I did not receive confirmation of payment and had to chase a week later only to receive an extremely unprofessional email advising 'they are in production'. Nothing more! With the UK shutdown taking place I would also have expected updates, no. Nothing until I chased again. Now, a month overdue, still nothing. Never again. Refund requested.
