Wotif company is trustable

Wotif travel is a popular holiday company in Australia. I have tried their services such as Wotif car rental and Wotif hotel booking. To be honest, I have not seen extremely cheap prices or extra membership bonuses such as hotel.com. But they are simply functional. A close friend of mine has cancelled her Wotif hotel booking and they gave her a full refund without exhausting stages. They simply cancelled and refunded her. Thus, I can say Wotif is trustworthy.
