New Unibet Account

I placed 2 deposits with Unibet by using the Play+ account selection as a brand new member. The monies from the Play+ account were credited as expected to my Unibet account. However, once Unibet had my $440 deposit I could not gain access to the Unibet Sportsbook to make any wagers. Currently I am fighting with them to get a refund for the funds deposited successfully,
