unibet withdrawal works slow

i have moved a while ago, so my address changed. i registered in Unibet 2 years ago, and last week I wanted to withdraw my 1500 quids, they wanted proof of address, since I moved they restricted my account. i told them I have moved, been waiting for a response from the customer support team for a while now. hope they'll understand.
