Will not be using again and would not be recommending trade prices to anyone. First issue was the order was shipped a whole week late. We would call up and they would say the order will be shipped today/tomorrow, today/tomorrow would pass and the order still had not shipped this happened 3 or 4 times without a reason it would always just be shipping today/tomorrow. Second issue was items missing from the order. Waste pipes and our "Free" radiator did not appear. We haven't even tried calling up for these items due to the shocking customer service and we needed our bathroom fitted sooner rather than later. It was much quicker to head to the local DIY shop to get the missing items. Third issue that ultimately is not trade prices issue, however, when they finally shipped our bathroom the shipping company failed to deliver the suite and had to try again two days later... absolute nightmare from start to finish. I recommend you use another company if you are reading this review.
