Did not match my first deposit wager not free risk bet!!!!

I signed up for Tipico because of there up to $750 match back. I made a wager bet for $500. I lost my bet and they did not match nor credited my account back. I called to see what happened and they told me it was a technical issue on there side the only thing they could do is if I make up to $3,000 worth of wagers I’ll get my $500 credit. Scam!!!!
