To be honest and fair, I am incredibly disappointed with Coinhako. I have read miscellaneous positive Coinhako customer reviews applauding their service. But all I see is just a regular and boring crypto exchange company with high withdrawal fees, poor customer support and long verification durations. There are much better options than Coinhako crypto exchange. I will never believe reviews again before deciding to sign up on a crypto service

Just registered 5 days ago. I am here to buy and sell BTC. I have heared wonderful things for Coinsquare. Specially for its reasonable fees in bitcoin trading exchange. As far as I have seen they look reliable and legit. However I can not say something real until I withdraw. I have enough experience about cryptocurrency services and their problems. I will add my new reviews after a while to help you to form an idea.

I have been trading here for a year and two months now. I am mostly in BTC and Tether. I have never experienced any issue or delayment. But I believe trading fees, especially Tether, is a bit high according to the other exchanges in the industry. I am aware Tether is generally problematic for its high transaction fees but it is really annoying to be charged 34 US dollars for 2300 Tether. I hope they will lower it and add many more altcoins and tokens to their portfolio.

No matter how much I have tried to contact Luno Customer Service, I could not manage to contact them. One of the worst customer service I have ever seen and trust me I have traded with many. They promise for a spotless customer support but they do not answer users' mails even. What on earth a crypto exchange is reliable if you can not reach them even. I am very disappointed by their approach.

Something is wrong with it! The screen says AltCoinTrader is down for maintenance. Today all day it gave me this notification and cos it is down, I couldnt trade XRP or Eth. I lost hell of money. I have no idea why it happened. I just hope that it is not one of those sneaky companies who put their crypto exchanges down to profit for a while. This is incredibly bothering. I really hope they will fic the problem very soon and apologize.
