Tab.com.au company needs to hire better team

Tab.com.au customer service is one of the worst one I have ever seen. I had a serious issue about miscounting in basketball odds and they have not given me the amount I have won. I sent a detailed mail with screenshots and measures to the Tab.com.au support and they did not answer me even. They could reply nicely. But they did not do anything. 2 weeks now. They have a good website but horrible customer service
