Supabets customer service is not helpful

I have a Supabets verification issue. I have won a good amount but somehow they play the deaf not to give my winnings. Really trying to contact them but nobody answers. I do not know what to do. As an online betting site, they were pretty fine. this makes me sad. I have sent all my required documents including passport and utility bills. what to do more?
