Shocking

I've £200 worth of vouchers still in date until 2023?? When I tried to use them they say unavailable. I'm booked in at a spa?? And theyve cancelled on me. The lady called on my behalf?? They said they would call me nothing at all. Emails must have sent 10?? Nothing once again..... shocking to be treated like this
