Shopee Mexico has big delays

I used to shop from Shopee online shopping in Taiwan and I was so happy with its services. No delay. Always gives a track number for Shopee shipping and perfect customer care. Now , I use Shopee Mexico and it is like totally different. I have been trying to find my tracking number and can not reach anyone. It is very weird to use same website but it is totally different in care.
