is there ONE WEBSITE doing it consistently okay?

It's either the website is poor beyond repair and app is okay, or like pokerstars app is, the app is like a chimpanzee on fermented fruits and the website is without any hiccups. Is that specific to poker gamblers only? If so I'll be more than happy to switch to a reputable bookmaker that has offers poker tables too.
