Pick n Pay customer service non-existent

Why does every successful online shopping site spoil in the end? I was so happy with Pick n Pay shopping until they ruined my anniversary gift. I have purchased a Dyson vacuum cleaner for my wife one week before our day. Normally all my orders had arrived in 3 days. This time I had to contact Pick n Pay help and asked what was wrong. Customer service told me it was out of stock. If I have not called them, I would never know.

The problem has been resolved through Kazan and the review is removed.

Asda insurances are complicated

Car insurance of Asda is fraud! I have used their car insurance service and I know what I have signed for. Someone damaged my car. Not on traffic but parked in front of my house. I contacted to Asda Customer support to inform them and I took an answer that they will pay just 40% of the total repair money. I have asked for a full coverage. Now they do not want to pay all! I warn you that you can be the next! Beware of this service, use the normal grocery service. It is totally finest.

Best staff, best prices

At Aldi, the staff are always very pleasant, well stocked and very good value. And since Covid the supermarkets got very crazy and the staff work really hard and do a lot of multi tasking. They try to make very safe shopping, that is why I prefer them.They manage the customer queue and let limited number of customers in shop. Thank you

Service in crisis not reliable

No slots are available. Compared to other groceries chains, Waitrose is doing a very poor job. They released delivery slots until the end of June and all of them were booked immediately, even though they sent me an email informing me that elderly and people in need will be prioritized, no prioritisation, no information beforehand and most of the products being out of stock online...
