Maybe Parsley Box are finally getting a grip.

My first meals from Parsley Box (ones that could just be kept in the cupboard) were dismal. Somehow they managed to make them all beige & sloshy. Frustrating as I am a good cook!! However the latest Chef's Table meals seem to have hit nearer the mark. Tonight I had a fish pie with prawns & it was good, & the potato was not beige!! I really think they should stick with the meals that can be frozen - if they are charging money, they really owe it to their customers to achieve the best possible standard of palatability...
