My company works with a California-based online charity that sells products and donates 100% of the proceeds to hospitals to provide care for sick children. We recently decided to switch from our regular box manufacturer to Packola after doing a large amount of research and speaking to Packola’s customer support staff. They were quite helpful and assured us that they would be able to manufacture and ship our boxes in under 15 business days if we chose their regular service, and under 8 business days if we chose their “rush production” service for an additional $300+. Since we needed the boxes quickly, we selected "rush production" and placed the order on September 12th, 2020. On September 21st, we phoned Packola to check on our order and learned that their production team made a mistake during printing, so the boxes needed to be redone. Packola assured us that the production of our order would be pushed to the front of their schedule and shipped within 72 hours. As business owners, we understand the impact of Covid-19 and that errors can happen with or without a pandemic, so we were okay to accept their explanation and apology. When neither our order nor a shipping notification had arrived by September 30th, we called Packola and, once again, the representative apologized profusely for the delay, stating that our order had not come out of production yet, but confirmed that it would be completed and sent via complimentary expedited shipping on or before Oct. 2nd. It is now October 9th and we have not received a shipping confirmation so we phoned Packola to obtain a tracking # since our order should be in transit. We spoke to the most candid Packola representative yet who…guess what…told us that the order had not been manufactured and she could not confirm “if” or “when” it would be ready for shipment. She literally said: “I’m not sure how to tell you this, but we haven’t done it yet.” …Really @Packola? Is this the kind of business you’re running — one that lies to customers to keep them on the hook, and still doesn’t do their job even after gaining time to complete a project through deceit? Needless to say, our company will never use or recommend Packola to anyone. In fact, we believe it is our duty to inform any business or individual interested in branded packaging about our experience so that they are not subjected to a similar situation. Our advice is to choose a local packaging manufacturer in your area or choose Packlane, Arka, or one of their other competitors.

Don't believe a word when they try to tell you that they are experts in e-commerce. They could not build a fully 'functional' website which resulted in a substantial financial loss to my company. Please, please take my advice and go elsewhere and don't make the costly mistakes that i did by using this company. The most unreliable firm that i have ever dealt with in 25 years! Please avoid at all costs.

Most binary options companies out there are fraudulent. They are all scams. I have been a victim of their activities.
