booked a trip to aruba which instantly charged the fee on my credit card and when I found out that I had made a bad choice of hotels and wanted to cancel and refund, they told me that it could take up to WHOPPING 30 DAYS. I mean, seriously? In this digital world where funds are transferred by clicks? Never using them again.
