Something is wrong with OrbitRemit company email addùress

OrbitRemit email address has changed? I have been sending my docs to their email address to prove my identification to register OrbitRemit money transfer service but my mails are failed. Where do I do the mistake? Anyone experiencing the same problem? Or my gmail just got crazy?
