Three weeks ago, there was a 25% off promotion code on www.oneill.com, which triggered my interest in one of their boardshorts. I went ahead to buy them. I entered the code - but I had to switch computers before I finalized the purchase - and realized only after hitting the pay button that the promotion code was not applied. I would cancel the order and place it again ... if only such option was available on their site. Ok ... at least they have Customer Service - I thought at the time. I was trying to call them but as they state on their website: "In order for our staff to provide the quickest response time, we will not be holding phone hours for customer service. Please reach out via email with any questions." So, I wrote an e-mail to their e-mail address, as posted on their site. I waited for a few days, already received an update that my order was shipped ... but no response from Customer Service. I wrote again ... and again ... via e-mail and through their website. No response! I already received the item, three weeks have passed but O'Neill's Customer Service does not get back to me. In the meantime, I received a number of promotional emails from O'Neill. I liked the brand. I will not buy from them again. I do not want to support a business, which does not meet basic customer support standards.
