OLG deposit options are not working

OLG payment methods are horrible. Besides being very few and unsufficient, they are complicated. Although I like OLG sports betting site's customer service, they surprised me not to assist me at all for OLG deposit options. I underlined I was having issues to deposit using my MasterCard, their answer was ''We have never experienced such a problem before, sir''. Like I am the dumb one! Horrible!
