once you become a member your own money becomes the casino asset and they don't want to pay you. they ask for numerous documents and they don't accept scans, photos, pdfs, they act childish. what right does a casino have to ask for so much stuff? they are always eager to take your money this is not fair and since they have a "license" I can't do anything about it.
