It is unbelievable how this company is “taking care of their customers “. Do yourself a favour and just do not order from them. I have ordered my items on 28.04.2022, supposed to be delivered within 5-8 working days. I really understand, sometimes could be delays, but on 12.05.2022, I have been updated on delivery from Hermes(now Evri, other company “very reliable”, no chance to talk with someone over the phone, just robots) that my item is delayed. I have contacted my-origines and they said that they will contact hermes. After this, they did not pick up the call from me anymore. I have send them an email asking for refund(18.05.2022). I have received a refund after I have opened a dispute through my bank. Just be careful…
