good design but bad customer support :(

To be honest at first sight,I thought They have one of the best user interface for a betting site.But outlook is not all.I really struggled with customer support.Finally, they fixed my problem but stressed me and they did not offer any bonuses as an apology.I have take serious amount of bonuses on deposits from other betting sites.Fast withdrawals though.
