The worst experience!!

I had play this casino, and my last experience wass very bad ,all time are isue with cancel bonus,issue with withdraw, isue contact customer service, live chat nobody answer for last 6 days ,email provide on web page failed all time ,ridiculous and unacceptable!!!make you play all the money instead to be easy to withdraw, bonus I believe is little scam ,i mean 100% bonus on deposit, ex: £30 deposit and you get 30£ bonus, but first you have to lose your money yo can play the bonus ,so in case you win from the first £30 (your money you deposit) you can't withdraw because the bonus is active ,you dont have any chance to cancel bonus just if you contact them ,and how i said nobody answer for days ,so they push you to play the money and to lose ,so my opinion is Scam and someone shoud check them ,is my last experience with them I will have to close my account after this isue ,one time i lost around 200-300 because i couldn't withdraw, so after few days nobody answer i decide to play the momey ,and this time i had 400 pounds winning and i play till 230 for the same reason because nobody answer me ,so i decide to stop on 230 to cancel the bonus 30£ and to withdraw £200 ,i decide this time to dont play anymore my winnings and to wait because is not fair!!pass 6 days no answers
