I think Makro customer support is dedicated to fix the issues

To be honest, they are not the best online shopping site but Makro shopping is convenient and you understand that they really try to do sth good. their customer service is very explanatory and helpful. When there is a problem no matter cos of you or cos of them, they contact you via phone or mail and explain you every single details. I also like that they are fluent in English and French.
